Please also include your Name and Order ID# on a blank piece of paper and place them in the package.

Once you have dropped off the returns at the post office/courier of your choice, please click here to get support or call our hotline 1-800-856-5587 to inform us of your return. Do provide us with a picture or screenshot of the postage receipt and/or the returns tracking number. This will expedite the process for us to issue you the refunds soonest possible.

Once your order is received by our Returns department you will receive an email to let you know that a refund has been processed for the returned items. This email will include the amount of the refund for your records.

After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks (up to 30 days or more for international orders) for us to receive and process your return.

If you're receiving a refund after we have received your item, it may take an additional 10 - 14 business days for your bank/card issuer to disburse the funds back into your account.

We only offer FREE US Shipping. For international delivery, there is a shipping charge.
